Development server. Publicly reachable over TCP, SSL, WS and WSS (TLS certificate for tempnet.pub.dev.rapids.cash), but it may be restarted or changed without notice. For production use, connect to the production server below.

Use the same connection details pointed at that host: TCP 65001, SSL 65002, WS 65003, WSS 65004.
